Then, you will find a description of the Power of Me each color resonates as in regards to the concept of holistic healing and mindfulness detailing the effects on our five SelfDimensions as well as an explanation of the Wisdom to Bear. You learn its resonance and the message it is trying to convey to you by understanding the energy within each color, which is trying to transform into some type of matter created by you. The five SelfDimensions are Emotional, Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual.
